My Experimental Diet

I have been thinking about losing weight for a very long time now, but I didn’t take any action to enforce this decision up till now!

I’m experimenting on myself, with a couple of logical nutritional concepts (I guess they are!), which some of them I knew about from a long time ago, and others I found on the internet and decided to incorporate them in my experiment.

Before telling you what am I exactly doing, I’m going to brief you on some information, which might help you in imagining the goals better.

The following lists some info, and describe my eating lifestyle before I started the diet in brief:

• Height: 170 cm
• Weight: 85 Kg
• Daily Meals: One or Two main meals, mostly junk food, thin Italian pizza, Manaqeesh for breakfast, etc… (fatty stuff, with lots of oil, fat, & carbohydrates).
• Daily Snacks: Chocolate, Cookies, Chips, Jelly Beans, etc… (in between meals)
• Exercise/Workout: none.
• Average total Hours of Sleep: 5 to 6 hours a day.
• Smoker: Yes.

So, this had to stop, and I’m in need of changing this, what did I do about it?

5alas Mashi!  is back online with a new design that includes a robot, grendizer, La Royal Hotel Amman, Mojamma3 Bank al iskan, and 3imarit ilborj!  (check the logo if you want to know what I mean!)

This site will be dedicated to criticizing and making fun of a lot of stuff, in Arabic and in English. Nothing political, and nothing serious is going around, just having some fun!  :D

Gaza

A live massacre is going on right now in Gaza, does the Palestinians have Nuclear weapons, Chemical Weapons, Biological Weapon, long distance missiles, or any kind of threatening weapons?  Well No, they don’t, but the Israelies do!

The Palestinians only have their pride, their right of ruling the lands of Palestine (so called Israel by many people), and a fearless feeling of what the Israelies think it would plant a seed of horror in the hearts of the Palestinians – bombs, missiles, and others.  This is what the weak Israelies are trying to break and kill, and they just can’t!

For those who will read my post and say that I don’t have the right to say that Palestine is the so called Israel, well read the old testament, and check the phrase that talks about the land of promise, what is it? It’s Palestine.

Over 360 killed, 1800 injured, and 6 mosques bombed to the ground in a couple of days. What is right about this? Why are people from all over the world – Germany, Arab countries, Asian countries, American states – gathering in demonstrations to condemn the acts of Israel?

Israel is not targeting Hamas, it is targeting Palestinians, but we are standing on our grounds and will not be humilated by missiles and bombs, we will fight with our pride the bombs of Israel, and they will not be able to put us down.

God be with us, and may Israel bombs turn on them.

Body of Lies

Body of Lies, Roger Ferris (DiCaprio) is a CIA field agent assigned in the middle east to fight terrorism and blah blah blah, you know the rest of the stuff!

This movie – as a lot of other movies and T.V. shows – discuss some theories about the Arab and Muslim civilization, I was happy that at last one movie – to a certain level – said something true about true Islam, and not create some stupid non-related to Islam stuff, in the scene were Ferris were captured by terrorists, I liked the way Ferris replied to Al-Saleem who was reading a verse from the Holy Quran to him, and Ferris told him that you can’t explain the verses of the Holy Quran the way it suits you, so that you can allow yourself to kill innocent souls, and this is true, we as Muslims aren’t allowed to kill innocent people, and it is said so in Quran, also it is known that prophet Mohammad peace be upon him used to order the soldiers in wars not attack women, children , and old people.
